Who We Are
The Creative Cookery is a shared use kitchen that offers an affordable place so caterers, home bakers, entrepreneurs, and food truck operators will have a base to run their food business from. The Creative Cookery is a certified, health department approved facility you rent by the hour.
If your mission is to start a food related business, we can help with guidance on Servsafe certification requirements, St. Louis County-City food establishment permits, commissary agreements, and assist with applications for Farmer’s Markets and other food related events.
The Cookery is open 24 hours a day so you can have secure access any time. We want this to be a place that our members find to be a helpful community of chefs and entrepreneurs who share their enthusiasm for building a food related business.
The Creative Cookery has two commercial kitchens available for rent with cold and dry storage spaces available. We want to work with our St. Louis Food Trucks too. If you’re an owner of a truck that needs a place for prep, cleanup, and garbage disposal, we have a place for you.
We provide internet access and a portable radio so you can get some additional work done and listen to music while you prepare your products, bake away or whatever you are using our facility for!
Your safety is also important to us so we have personalized secure digital access and HD video surveillance in place so that you can feel protected while working here daily.
